User-generated content submitted to the platform grants us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it for service improvement.

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReConscious Bloom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
